Effective Survey Management
eSurvey enables you to manage surveys effectively. You can not only create surveys, but also make modifications in them as you want. eSurvey enables you to then preview and test the survey before finally publishing it. eSurvey can conduct surveys through emails too. The respondent simply has to open the mail, respond to the survey, and hit the 'Submit' button. All data is automatically updated in your database.
Tracks Respondents, View Results and Send Follow-up Messages
eSurvey has the ability to track the respondents to your online surveys. You can then view the results through the user-friendly Admin Panel. eSurvey also has a facility to send follow-up messages based on respondent activities, like 'Thank You' notes to those who have completed the survey, or reminders to those who have not. A CSV file of the survey questions, results and other data can be exported.
